Sesame & Buche de Chevre Fritters with Honey

These crunchy feta fritters are perfect served on a platter, with a salad or some couscous.

INGREDIENTS:

100g Buche de Chevre

1 egg

3 large tablespoons flour

Sesame seeds

2 tablespoons honey

 

METHOD:

Mix the buche de chevre, egg and flour together in a bowl crumbling the cheese but leaving some larger chunks.

Heat some olive oil/sesame oil in a pan on medium-high heat.

Put heaped teaspoons of the mixture into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until brown on the bottom. Before you turn them over use a back of a teaspoon to push sesame seeds into the top of the fritters and slightly push down.

Cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.

Once cooked add honey to the pan for 1-2 minutes to caramelise over the fritters.

Serve and enjoy
